The Path to Successful Development: The Impact of a Successful Mother on Her Child
On June 4, 2025, a large-scale, multifaceted event titled “The Path to Success: The Impact of a Successful Mother on Her Child” was held, organized by the “Innovative Progress and Ecology” Public Union for Supporting Socio-Economic Development.
The event began with the playing of the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan and a moment of silence in honor of the martyrs who gave their lives for the homeland. Alongside Saida Musayeva, Chairwoman of the “Innovative Progress and Ecology” Public Union, the event was attended by Vice Chairwoman Jamala Nakhchivani, as well as distinguished guests representing various fields — lecturers from Baku State University, heads of clinics, a bank branch manager, female entrepreneurs, psychologists, and members of the public.
During the speeches, the invaluable role of women — especially mothers — in the development of society was emphasized. The importance of parental example in shaping moral values and family upbringing, as well as the positive impact of a successful family model on society as a whole, was discussed.
Participants engaged in a wide-ranging exchange of ideas around the topic, sharing life experiences and practical examples. The discussions highlighted key issues such as the influence of mothers on shaping their children’s lives, strengthening the family institution, and increasing the active participation of women in socio-economic development.
One of the key elements that enhanced the significance of the event was the art exhibition organized in parallel. The exhibition was curated by Jamala Nakhchivani, founder and head of the “Art and Creativity Club.” The artworks presented by the artists added a unique vibrancy to the event. A parent who is developing personally also contributes to their child’s growth, encouraging them to explore self-expression and personal development through art.
The main goal of the event was to promote the role of mothers and women in socio-economic development, to acknowledge the positive influence they have on their children, and to bring together successful examples in this field.
The event was remembered for its productive exchange of ideas, meaningful discussions, art-oriented approaches, and forward-looking initiatives. It is planned that similar projects and meetings will continue to be held across various platforms in the future.
The conference and art exhibition took place at the hall of the National NGO Forum of Azerbaijan. We express our gratitude to Ramil Isgandarli, the head of the National NGO Forum of Azerbaijan, for his support.
