An Artistic Tribute to the National Leader

An art exhibition dedicated to the birthday of national leader Heydar Aliyev has opened at the Khatai Art Center, organized by the members and artists of the “Art&Creativity Club.”
Jamala Nakhchivani, the founder and head of the club, noted that both professional and young artists are participating in the exhibition. The displayed artworks feature a variety of techniques, including oil and acrylic paints. The culture and nature of Azerbaijan are depicted in vibrant colors throughout the works.
Following that, member of the Union of Surveyors of Russia and poet Eldar Akhadov, Chairwoman of the Public Association “Assistance to Patients with Cystic Fibrosis” Saadat Bayramova, and other guests spoke at the event. They emphasized that national leader Heydar Aliyev placed great value on art and artists, and that President Ilham Aliyev is successfully continuing this mission.
Certificates were then presented to the exhibition participants. An intellectual game in the TV format of “What? Where? When?” was held for the young enthusiasts of the club.
The exhibition received media support from the Public Union “Innovative Progress and Support for Socio-Economic Development” and Fortuna magazine.
Words from the Exhibition Participants:
Gamar Agazadeh, artist:
“Today, our club’s exhibition is taking place. Both my own works and those of my students are on display. I am happy to participate in such an event. I wish success to all the club members and other participants. I am presenting two pieces titled Shusha and Narli Night. In both paintings, I tried to convey the rich nature and culture of our homeland.”
Kamala Nagiyeva, participant:
“My daughter is taking part in this exhibition. I am especially grateful to her teacher, Ms. Jamala, and to the event organizers. We are presenting four paintings, mostly depicting seascapes. Other works portray the domes of the ancient Inner City (Icherisheher) and flowers symbolizing the beauty of nature.”
In conclusion, we would like to recall the words of a great person, the architect of our modern state, an outstanding figure who made invaluable contributions to the development and progress of our country and nation, Heydar Aliyev:
“The people must always be united by culture. A people with a high level of culture will always move forward. They will live and prosper.”
These words remain relevant today. It is our spirituality, culture, and national unity that make us strong.
